Intense Cafe by Montale is the female leaning to unisex scent for anyone that loves rose, vanilla and coffee. Basically, the top and mid notes are rose, vanilla and coffee, with some powdery florals and the base is a dose of musk and amber. These reminds me of Intense rose musk by Montale, with the rose toned down and the coffee added for complexity. Its interesting as it not a heavy scent with the rose and amber in base makes it light, so it can be used in the day and night.

This was a disappointment. The notes made me think I would love this scent but perhaps I was hoping for too much. The opening note was too strong and I got no coffee just a smoky kind of rose scent. Hopefully, the would smell better if I layer it with the vanilla cake.
